At Household Items Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items in our collection, including:

  • Armchairs & Sofas
  • Bedding & Table linen
  • Cookware & Tableware
  • Home furnishings & Lighting
  • Footstools & Pouffes
  • And other home decor items
Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bathroom items or opened bedding products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
